RESERVATIONS:
All reservations require
a valid credit card
deposit to be confirmed.

Additional costs will be
charged on your arrival.
We accept Visa &
Master-Card only.

Holiday Weekend
Reservation
All holiday weekends
(Memorial Day, 4th of
July, and Labor Day)
require a three-night
minimum stay, pre-paid in
full 14 days before rental
date to be confirmed,
and NON-REFUNDABLE
after confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancelation of a prime
site and/or full hook-up,
all but $5.00 per night of
your deposit is
refundable if you cancel
at least 7 days prior to
your arrival.
If you cancel within 7
days of your arrival date,
you forfeit your one night
deposit. If unit is
re-rented full refund is
given less the $5.00 per
day cancelation fee.
Failure to show
constitutes forfeiture.

Holiday Weekend
Cancelation
On holiday weekends
(Memorial Day, 4th of

If you cancel within 14
